Ten minutes to the west Kilauea / Anini is Princeville, a resort & residential community with a shopping center, several restaurants, three of Hawaii's best golf courses, tennis courts, a health spa & a luxurious hotel.
Fifteen minutes to the west is Hanalei, a unique beach town & residential community with a good selection of restaurants & shopping options. It's beauty is unsurpassed with majestic mountains & the white sand beach of Hanalei Bay. Twenty minutes to the south is the much larger town of Kapaa which has just about anything you might need.
Anini Beach is an exclusive enclave of homes located on the North Shore of Kauai, an exotic paradise. The North Shore of Kauai is the reason Kauai is called the “Garden Isle”. Tropical, vibrant, and lush, the North Shore is used exclusively for movie locations because of its staggering, verdant vistas of Mt. Makana (Bali Hai) and the Napali Coast.
Anini is protected by the largest reef in the Hawaiian Islands. This makes it a safe and popular destination for families with young children. Other activities on Anini Beach are kayaking, snorkeling, windsurfing, and fishing. Polo games are a regular event of Sundays in the Summer.
